5-Minute Hold Rule
Any position squared off within 5 minutes of opening will have all profits removed. Closing and reopening the same position within 5 minutes is also prohibited.
Prohibited Practices
Line trading (Chamka), arbitrage, jobbing, latency trading, and automated/robot trading are strictly forbidden. Violations result in trade invalidation and profit removal.
IP & Account Restrictions
Multiple accounts from the same IP address will be voided and suspended. Same-person accounts placing identical trades across accounts will have profits invalidated.
Trading Hours (IST)
MCX: 9:01 AM – 11:54 PM | NSE: 9:16 AM – 3:29 PM. Trading starts 1 min after open and stops 1 min before close. Trades outside these windows are void.
Platform & Orders
All trading on MetaTrader 5 (MT5). Buy Stop/Sell Limit and Sell Stop/Buy Limit order patterns are prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.
Enforcement & Disputes
All compliance decisions are final — no disputes entertained. Enforcement includes documented proof with trade logs, IP records, and surveillance analysis.
